Our Story
On Tonight’s Menu was founded by Anoushka Goenka, a young entrepreneur seeking a more meaningful way to network. After attending countless events that felt scripted, overcrowded, and transactional, she found that real conversations were rare and genuine connections even rarer.
Driven by a desire to bring people together across backgrounds, industries, and age groups, Anoushka created On Tonight’s Menu—an intimate dinner series designed specifically for early and mid-level professionals, a group often overlooked in traditional networking spaces. The goal is simple: to foster honest conversations and lasting relationships, all over dinner.
As the community has grown, so has the scope of what we do. Today, On Tonight’s Menu also partners with companies to design intimate, conversation-led experiences for their teams and clients, bringing the same warmth, thoughtfulness, and depth of connection into corporate settings.
The team behind On Tonight’s Menu has grown organically too. Muneerah first joined us as a guest at one of our dinners, immediately resonated with the ethos of the community, and soon after decided to volunteer her time and energy to the platform. Drawn by the purpose and the people, she now plays an active role in helping On Tonight’s Menu grow, guided by the same belief it was founded on: that meaningful conversations can create lasting impact.
You eat and You give
Our dinners are intimate: 10 professionals, 1-2 members of our team, and 1 Icon
Each professional pays Rs. 3,000*
Of the Rs. 3,000 that you pay:

Rs. 1,500** is for your meal

Rs. 150 is your share for the Icon’s meal

~50% of the remaining amount of Rs. 1,650, i.e., Rs. 825 is for incidental costs

The remaining ~50%, i.e, Rs. 825 goes to Charity

Our upcoming event dates and times are listed on our Events Page. To save your spot, simply fill out the RSVP form with your details. Depending on availability, you may be accepted, waitlisted, or declined—spots move fast, so early RSVPs have a better chance.
If you’re accepted, your seat will be confirmed by paying a fixed dinner fee. This covers your meal, and any surplus goes to charity. Please note: no refunds or reschedules unless you’re part of our Membership plan (please reach out reach out directly to our team to learn more).
Once confirmed, you’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group with your fellow dinner guests. There, we’ll share the final location, menu, and all the event details.
