Our Story
On Tonight’s Menu was founded by Anoushka Goenka, a young entrepreneur eager to network in a way that felt genuinely meaningful. She found that most networking events in India were scripted, overcrowded, expensive, and rarely allowed for real connection. The conversations tended to be rushed, superficial, and filled with uninspired small talk. After attending numerous events in hopes of forging meaningful relationships, Anoushka was left with little more than hollow promises like, “Drop me a message on LinkedIn,” which rarely led anywhere.
Driven by a genuine need to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, sectors, and age groups, Anoushka created On Tonight’s Menu. This unique dinner series is the first of its kind focused specifically on early and mid-level professionals—a group that is too often overlooked in traditional networking spaces. Through her own experiences, Anoushka recognized the lack of opportunities for these professionals to truly engage and participate. On Tonight’s Menu was born to bridge that gap and foster authentic, lasting relationships, all over dinner!
You eat and You give
Our dinners are intimate: 10 professionals, 1-2 members of our team, and 1 Icon
Each professional pays Rs. 2,500*
Of the Rs. 2,500 that you pay:

Rs. 1,350** is for your meal

Rs. 135 is your share for the Icon’s meal

~50% of the remaining amount of Rs. 1,015, i.e., Rs. 507.5 is for incidental costs

Our upcoming event dates and times are listed on our Events page (link to events page). To save your spot, simply fill out the RSVP form with your details. We review all submissions to ensure early- and mid-level professionals get priority. Depending on availability, you may be accepted, waitlisted, or declined—spots move fast, so early RSVPs have a better chance.
If you’re accepted, your seat will be confirmed by paying a fixed dinner fee. This covers your meal, and any surplus goes to charity. Please note: no refunds or reschedules unless you’re part of our Membership plan (link to membership page).
Once confirmed, you’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group with your fellow dinner guests. There, we’ll share the final location, menu, and all the event details.
