OTM Advisory Circle – Policies About the Program OTM Advisory Circle connects students, professionals, and founders with experienced founders, operators, investors, and industry leaders through one-on-one advisory sessions. Advisors participate voluntarily to share their experience, perspectives, and practical insights. Participation in the Advisory Circle does not create a consulting, legal, financial, employment, investment, or fiduciary relationship. Pricing Students – ₹1,999 per session 30-minute session 15-minute buffer Valid student ID required Professionals – ₹4,999 per session 45-minute session 15-minute buffer Founders – ₹8,999 per session 1-hour session 15-minute buffer OTM donates 50% of all Advisory Circle revenue to charity. Scheduling Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Advisors reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests based on availability. Participants are encouraged to share context and discussion topics prior to the session. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited. In the event that an advisor needs to reschedule, an alternate time will be arranged. Expectations The Advisory Circle is intended to provide guidance, perspective, feedback, and mentorship. Participants should come prepared with specific questions, challenges, or topics they wish to discuss. Advisors may share personal experiences, frameworks, and recommendations, but are not responsible for implementing solutions or delivering consulting services. Fundraising, Jobs & Introductions Participation in OTM Advisory Circle does not guarantee: Investment or fundraising opportunities Job offers Business partnerships Client referrals Introductions to investors, customers, or other contacts Any such support is entirely at the advisor's discretion. Confidentiality Participants and advisors are expected to treat all conversations as confidential. Sessions may not be recorded, distributed, published, or shared without the consent of all parties involved. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable once a session has been confirmed and scheduled. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at OTM's discretion.
